Platyhelminthes are a species with a very interesting digestive system. They have no mouth and no stomach-like structure. They have oral cavaties that open directly to the pharynx. The pharynx then connects to an intestinal structure. Some members of this phylum have no digestive systems and absorb nutrients through their skin.
